One is not eligible to register for Services if one is directly or indirectly considered a sanctioned person or affiliated with an entity identified on a UK, USA, Gulf, EU or UN sanctions list, regulation, directive or law (“Sanctioned Person” or “Sanctioned Party”). Any and all information, data or documents available on the Website will not amount to direct or indirect investment advice or assistance. Privacy of Personal Information
Out of respect for the privacy of its users, the IMC Sites refrain from obtaining personal information from users without their explicit consent, other than as described below.
You can use many areas of the IMC Sites without providing any personal information. However, some functions, such as statistical data downloads require that you provide us with some personal information. Any information you give us will be treated as confidential. Your individual personal details will not be passed on to any third party without your consent.
The IMC Sites, either directly or through a third-party vendor, may collect anonymous visitor information including, but not limited to, IP addresses, browser types, the accessing app, or referring pages and websites. This information is used by the IMC to understand which countries the users of the Sites visit from, when they visit, and other information about how users access the Sites. The intention is to inform analysis about how to improve and develop the IMC Sites. The IMC also monitors network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information or to otherwise cause damage to the Sites. Only summaries of visitors’ behaviour are produced. The IMC does not distribute, sell or rent any personal information collected via its Sites.
